As a Senior Specialist, Program Management, you will play a key role in leading and delivering the growth of our commercial programs, focusing on non-military customers, including manufacturing, build to print, and commercial aircraft in-service support programs.

This position requires a program lead with critical thinking and the ability to challenge processes to streamline commercial work. You will be responsible for managing all phases of projects from inception to completion, driving execution to achieve key business and customer satisfaction objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of projects, including contract negotiation and coordination of proposal preparation.
  • Act as a key customer contact for project activities, leading program review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Lead the integrated project team, applying the five main processes of project management: initiate, plan, execute, manage risks and changes, and close.
  • Effectively manage customer communications, representing L3Harris MAS during integrated team reviews.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of project management best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation from the Project Management Institute (PMI) required or Master's degree in Project Management.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with experience in the aerospace commercial industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • Strong leadership, planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate project-related and technical details clearly and concisely, both orally and in written form.
  • Ability to deal directly with internal and external customers.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.
  • Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
