Customer Care Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Advisor to join our team at Scotiabank. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Use knowledge of Scotiabank's products and services to offer valuable advice and solutions to customers
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of Scotiabank's products and services an asset
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
