About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Insurance Advisor to join our team at TD Insurance Direct Agency Inc. / Agence Directe TD Assurance Inc. As a Bilingual Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their insurance-related inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell insurance products to customers as opportunities arise
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer service targets
  • Stay up-to-date on insurance products and services, as well as company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience
  • Fluency in both English and French
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
