Job Title: Bilingual Customer Care Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Care Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Canadian Banking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide valuable advice to customers on our products and services
  • Take inbound phone calls to resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Identify customer banking needs and provide customized solutions
  • Respond to customer feedback and concerns

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
