Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced support for Callmanager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified CallCenter Express systems.
  • Engage actively in the enhancement of the aforementioned systems, including strategizing, upgrading, and validating functionalities.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of upgrades to the latest versions of these systems.
  • Conduct in-depth troubleshooting for these systems.
  • Collaborate with Cisco representatives for issue resolution.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to the systems.
  • Oversee configuration and maintenance of Cisco video servers (VCS and Expressway).

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive expertise in Cisco Voice infrastructure, particularly with Voice Gateways.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Cisco Call Manager, especially recent versions.
  • Solid working knowledge of Unity and UCCx.
  • Familiarity with Oracle SBC and ECB is advantageous.
  • Experience with Cisco Video servers (VCS and Expressway) and Cisco Video endpoints.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB).
  • Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor.
  • Experience integrating PSTN telephone systems with TEAMS.
  • Understanding of Vitec (formerly Exterity) IPTV solutions.

Essential Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Several years of experience as a level engineer in the relevant products.
  • Capability to work autonomously.
