About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing advanced administrative support in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare complex reports and presentations.
  • Analyze data using various software and databases.
  • Lead as a team leader, providing instructions and guidance to less experienced employees.
  • Provide administrative support for high-level management.
  • Execute advanced and diverse confidential administrative tasks.
  • Determine methods and procedures to complete complex tasks.
  • Provide advanced knowledge and skills in office administration.
  • Prepare and/or coordinate information for internal and external contacts.
  • Perform various ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent international credential.
  • More than 3 years of experience in office/warehouse support.
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, problem-solving, research, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
  • Accurate and fast data entry.
