About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing advanced administrative support in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare complex reports and presentations.
- Analyze data using various software and databases.
- Lead as a team leader, providing instructions and guidance to less experienced employees.
- Provide administrative support for high-level management.
- Execute advanced and diverse confidential administrative tasks.
- Determine methods and procedures to complete complex tasks.
- Provide advanced knowledge and skills in office administration.
- Prepare and/or coordinate information for internal and external contacts.
- Perform various ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent international credential.
- More than 3 years of experience in office/warehouse support.
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, problem-solving, research, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
- Accurate and fast data entry.
