About the Role

Herc Rentals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales opportunities in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve desired results and goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the heavy equipment and construction markets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the heavy equipment and construction industries
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
