We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Shaw Lab Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for actively engaging with dental offices and professionals, promoting our products and services, and collaborating with other dental suppliers to organize continuing education (CE) courses and events.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Sales: Actively prospect, present, and sell Shaw Lab Group's dental laboratory products and services to dental offices and professionals within the designated territory.
- CE Seminars and Events: Plan, organize, and execute CE seminars for dentists, as well as represent the company at dental trade shows.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular office visits and effective communication.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, in-person visits, and follow-up on customer inquiries.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives within designated timelines.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify potential growth opportunities, monitor competitive activities, and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports using our CRM software (HubSpot or Salesforce) and lab management systems.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Representative within the dental industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Selling Skills: Exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales goals.
- Location: Reside in the designated territory and be available for in-person client visits and events.
