About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kuber Enterprise Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Supply Management
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
    • Ensure that all food and supplies are stored and handled in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Staff Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
