About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at BCB Canada. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently and multitask.
