About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at BCB Canada. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
