Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile and match intercompany transactions to ensure timely clearance.
  • Prepare and distribute unbilled freight transaction reports, and follow up with operations to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Process freight payables, including:
    • Matching invoices with supporting documents.
    • Verifying invoice payment information in the relevant system.
    • Obtaining approval for invoices and handling queries regarding payments, credits, and invoices.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices or billing.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and photocopying.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with diplomacy and tact.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems (such as CODA) is an asset.
