Kitchen Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience
- Will train.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong leadership and communication skills. You will be working in a team environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required.
