Fitness Sales Associate

At Orangetheory Fitness 10025, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our fitness services and memberships to potential clients, while providing exceptional customer service to our existing members.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition: Meet with potential clients to discuss our fitness services and promote our membership options.
- Membership Sales: Sell memberships to new clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding process.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our existing members, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- Studio Operations: Assist with studio operations, including maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our fitness services and memberships.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Strong Sales and Customer Service Skills: Have a proven track record of sales and customer service experience, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 25 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
