Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Membership Sales Associate to join our team. As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting members and prospective members, presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Onboarding: Greet every member and prospective member with enthusiasm and energy, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Membership Sales: Sell memberships to prospective members, highlighting the benefits and value of our studio.
- Studio Tours: Provide guided tours of our studio, showcasing our facilities and equipment.
- Introductory Workouts: Work with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout.
- Member Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and attract new members.
- Studio Maintenance: Ensure the studio is clean and organized, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Passion for Fitness: A genuine passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
