We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Fitness Coach to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness 10025. As a Group Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for leading and motivating members through our science-backed and technology-tracked workouts.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate members through pre-designed workouts, ensuring a high-quality experience for all participants.
- Work in a fast-paced group fitness setting, multitasking to ensure that all class participants have a great experience.
- Help members set and achieve goals, providing guidance and support to help them reach their fitness objectives.
- Work with the sales team to guide interested consumers through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Ensure members are using correct form and provide corrections when necessary, promoting a safe and effective workout environment.
- Stay up-to-date on the science behind our workouts, including heart-rate focused training programs and industry trends.
- Be a team player, working collaboratively with other coaches and staff to achieve our goals.
- Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification is required for this role.
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification is also required.
- 6-12+ hours of coaching per week is expected for this position.
