Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Membership Sales Associate to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness 10025. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for greeting members, presenting our concept to new customers, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Onboarding: Greet every member who enters the studio with enthusiasm and energy, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Membership Sales: Sell memberships to new customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and value of our fitness program.
  • Studio Tours: Provide guided tours of our studio, showcasing our facilities and equipment.
  • Introductory Workouts: Work closely with our trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout.
  • Customer Service: Handle member concerns and issues in a professional and objective manner, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing events and outreach activities to promote our studio and services.
  • Studio Maintenance: Ensure all areas of the studio are clean and organized, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
