Job Description

As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting members and guests with enthusiasm and knowledge
  • Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested consumers
  • Working at the front desk, answering phones, and handling member inquiries
  • Providing studio tours and guiding new members through their first workout
  • Selling memberships and promoting the studio's services
  • Following up with prospective clients and handling member concerns
  • Participating in marketing and outreach events
  • Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
