Fitness Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Sales Representative to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness 10025. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Onboarding: Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
- Sales and Membership: Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, sell memberships, and work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first workout.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, answer phones, and provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
- Studio Tours and Introductions: Provide engaging and informative studio tours, introducing new members to our facilities and services.
- Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing events and outreach activities to promote our studio and services.
- Studio Maintenance: Ensure all areas of the studio are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Passion for Fitness: A genuine passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
