As a Customer Retention Specialist, your role will be pivotal in enhancing store revenues by managing customer accounts and overdue payments, while educating and empowering clients to realize their financial objectives through credit building.

Your Responsibilities
  • Create exceptional customer sales experiences by engaging and welcoming clients in person, via phone, and through email
  • Exhibit compassion and empathy towards our customers by understanding their circumstances, needs, and providing suitable solutions
  • Clearly communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products and how we can assist them in achieving their goals
  • Support retail operations by overseeing customer accounts, collection efforts, and the merchandising and upkeep of the store
  • Deliver top-notch service when facilitating the delivery of our products to customers' residences
  • Manage accounts receivables by tracking overdue accounts on a weekly basis
Who You Are
  • Adept communicator who is focused on people and results, aiming to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Compassionate individual who operates with integrity in every transaction – genuinely cares for our customers
  • Possess a full class driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds and handle large home goods is considered advantageous
  • Capable of passing background checks (criminal, employment)
  • Some experience in a customer-facing role
