About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Service Manager to join our team at Coast Hotels. As a Catering Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our catering services, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our events are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures

Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure the smooth delivery of catering services, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Ensure Health and Safety Regulations

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including food safety protocols, to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.

Negotiate with Suppliers and Clients

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, to ensure that our services meet their needs and expectations.

Participate in Marketing Plans

Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our catering services and increase revenue.

Provide Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Manage Events

Manage events, including weddings, conferences, and other special events, to ensure that they are executed flawlessly and that our guests have an exceptional experience.
