About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Service Manager to join our team at NUBA RESTAURANT GROUP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the catering budget to optimize profits and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Menu Planning and Costing: Develop and implement menus that meet customer demands while controlling food costs and ensuring profitability.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train catering staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service to our clients.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Event Management: Plan and coordinate catering services for events, ensuring that all details are executed flawlessly.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demands.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our staff and clients.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implement strategies to promote our catering services and increase sales.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 35 hours per week.
