Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the catering budget to optimize profits and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Menu Planning and Pricing: Collaborate with our culinary team to modify food preparation methods and menu prices to ensure alignment with our business goals.
  • Staff Supervision: Monitor and evaluate the performance of our catering staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily catering operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other catering supplies.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and manage catering services for events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in catering or food service management.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, on-the-road position, requiring 30-40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
