Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Support team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our hospitality customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, chat, and email, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Work closely with various global teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to our hospitality products.
- Document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify and escalate product issues and bugs, ensuring timely resolution.
- Advocate for product improvements and enhancements, providing valuable feedback to drive business growth.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Basic experience with common online, mobile, and desktop platforms, including iOS, Android, OSX, and Windows.
