Key Responsibilities:- Manage employee and dependent enrolment information on our benefit systems
- Create employee packages that meet the needs of our clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals
- Minimum one year of experience in group insurance, preferably in a customer service or administration role
- Completion of courses within the industry (CEBS, LOMA) or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
