We are currently looking to fill Part-Time positions. This role ensures an outstanding customer experience by addressing and resolving inquiries related to purchases.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Promoting and recommending the latest TSC products to customers.
  • Handling inbound calls and ensuring the best experience for our customers.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues from start to finish.
  • Collaborating with a supportive and dynamic leadership team that fosters your growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and select statutory holidays to meet customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • A willingness to accept feedback and coaching.
  • The ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.

To ensure your success, all new hires must complete a mandatory six-week full-time training program at the start of their employment.
