**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2713351 Ontario. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
**Responsibilities**
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to our high standards.
* Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
* Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our operations.
* Prepare and submit reports, providing regular updates to our management team.
* Establish work schedules, ensuring that our staff are working efficiently and effectively.
**Requirements**
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
