About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tahini's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff

Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure that all food meets our high standards.

Financial Management

Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.

Reporting

Prepare and submit regular reports to management to ensure that we are meeting our goals and objectives.

Staff Scheduling

Develop and implement effective staff scheduling systems to ensure that we have the right staff in place at the right time.

Requirements
  • Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Supervision

3-4 people.

Language

English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
