Job Title: Staff Clinician, Employee & Family Assistance Program

Make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and innovative mental health organization. As a Staff Clinician, Employee & Family Assistance Program, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional services and programs to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver EFAP services, including confidential counselling, case management, and direct clinical services.
  • Receive case assignments and complete case progress notes.
  • Develop service plans outlining a specific plan of action with each client under regular consultation.
  • Deliver solution-focused brief therapy and complete comprehensive psycho-social assessments as needed.
  • Provide flexible evening client hours, minimum two nights per week.
  • Support after-hours crisis calls from the Client Services Centre.
Requirements:
  • Masters in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
  • Valid registration with the relevant provincial governing body.
  • Minimum of 3 years counselling experience.
  • Experience in brief solution-focused counselling.
  • Knowledge of assessment, crisis management, and EFAP services is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with French being a definite asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
