About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Mirch Masala & Indian Sweet Cuisine Ltd. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of taste, texture, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our quality standards, including taste, texture, and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor our bakery team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality products.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control costs associated with production, including ingredient costs, labor costs, and overhead expenses.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all products are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, work under pressure
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, dependability, judgement, reliability, team player
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced bakery environment
  • Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks, standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds
