Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Customer Care Department as a Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of production employees in the performance of their day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily manufacturing throughput and output by leading team members in their tasks and activities.
- Provide clear expectations and hold team members accountable while offering continuous feedback and coaching.
- Lead process improvement activities by coordinating cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency, quality, and employee morale.
- Monitor and address output and productivity issues within assigned departments, ensuring production targets, cycle time, and product quality standards are met.
- Take ownership of all processes and products to ensure they meet quality standards and are delivered to internal customers without defects.
- Work closely with the Safety and Quality Manager to maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with federal and provincial safety standards.
- Support team members by proactively addressing issues affecting quality, delivery, and productivity through daily meetings and interactions with other departments and superiors.
- Strong visionary leadership skills with a focus on results.
- Ability to lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of production employees in a quality-focused environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to critically think and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated data-driven approach to work.
