About the Role

Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Customer Care Department as a Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of production employees in the performance of their day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily manufacturing throughput and output by leading team members in their tasks and activities.
  • Provide clear expectations and hold team members accountable while offering continuous feedback and coaching.
  • Lead process improvement activities by coordinating cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency, quality, and employee morale.
  • Monitor and address output and productivity issues within assigned departments, ensuring production targets, cycle time, and product quality standards are met.
  • Take ownership of all processes and products to ensure they meet quality standards and are delivered to internal customers without defects.
  • Work closely with the Safety and Quality Manager to maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with federal and provincial safety standards.
  • Support team members by proactively addressing issues affecting quality, delivery, and productivity through daily meetings and interactions with other departments and superiors.
