About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Circle K. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales workers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that products are always available for customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including cash handling, customer service, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Language: English.
