We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Team Lead to join our Resources team at WSP. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and executing mechanical engineering efforts to support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers to deliver high-quality projects and services
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure WSP remains a leader in mechanical engineering services
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Team Lead or similar role in a related industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
