As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the care they need in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients, families, funders, and healthcare teams to schedule services and make necessary updates.
  • Use scheduling software to manage client schedules and service plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of client information and service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field (healthcare education preferred).
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare organization or administrative role with scheduling responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
