Job Summary

VHA Home HealthCare is seeking a skilled Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely scheduling of healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the scheduling of healthcare services, including client appointments and provider schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, funders, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client information, service plans, and scheduling data.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare scheduling or coordination role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of healthcare scheduling software and systems.
