Quality Control Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Quality Manager to become an integral part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quality program to ensure adherence to both industry and internal standards.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the overall business management and quality system.
- Conduct management reviews of the Quality Management Systems, including reporting and presentations.
- Strategically plan and integrate business requirements with quality system needs.
- Implement and report on Cost of Quality metrics.
- Lead the Quality team and supervise NDT & QC inspections.
- Manage updates to the Quality Management System in alignment with digital transformation and other strategic initiatives.
- Design and periodically review Patriot's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with evolving regulations, specifications, standards, and customer expectations. Our QMS currently aligns with ASME NCA3300, NQA1-Part 1, CSA N285, N295, AS9100 Rev D, ISO9001:2008.
- Monitor and analyze trends in the NCR and CAR systems, focusing on root causes, incident rates, and processing timeliness.
- Administer Patriot's Approved Vendor program, including conducting NCA3300 audits of suppliers, laboratories, and subcontractors.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Provide hands-on support to the quality team and other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- A university degree is required.
- Certification as a Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence or as a Certified Quality Engineer is advantageous.
- Qualification as a Lead Auditor or Nuclear Auditor is a plus.
- Five to ten years of extensive technical experience, with a minimum of two to three years in quality administration or engineering.
- Three to five years of experience in managing technical personnel and complex projects.
