Restaurant Operations Manager Job Description
CEC Entertainment Canada, ULC. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join their team. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, providing exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective restaurant operations strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent guest service and high-quality food preparation
- Monitor and control restaurant costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability and efficiency
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Conduct regular restaurant inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
