Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at MR. GREEK RESTAURANT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Implementation
Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
Financial ManagementBalance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
Performance ManagementConduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory to ensure that supplies are adequate and that waste is minimized.
Health and SafetyEnsure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
Supplier NegotiationsNegotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
Customer ServiceAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Marketing and PromotionParticipate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
Leadership and SupervisionLead and instruct individuals to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements- Education
College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
Physical DemandsPhysically demanding with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Work Schedule32 to 40 hours per week with overtime required.
LanguageEnglish language proficiency.
