Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Comsense Holdings Ltd. as a key member of our sales and customer service division.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Oversee and manage a team of sales staff, assigning duties and responsibilities to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Merchandise Procurement: Identify, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring a diverse and appealing product range that meets customer needs.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, providing ongoing training and development to enhance their skills and performance.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance, provide feedback, and set goals for improvement.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, managing a team of sales staff and overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless customer service and sales performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales or management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
