About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Claire's. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a well-organized and commercially successful store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Profit: Drive and achieve retail store targets by implementing effective sales strategies and managing inventory levels.
  • Customer Service: Deliver the finest level of customer service by providing a personalized and engaging shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment by ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Commerciality: Ensure that your store is well-merchandised and commercially correct by analyzing sales data and making informed decisions about product placement and promotions.
  • Team Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in training and coaching the store team to enhance their skills and career development.
  • Ear Piercing: Receive full training on ear piercing procedures and provide exceptional service to customers.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional who possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of retail management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension skills. Additionally, the candidate should be able to analyze sales reports, strategically problem-solve, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
