Position Overview

This position is based in a retail business setting, where you will interact with customers and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor staff, including apprentices and sales associates.
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel to optimize performance.
  • Authorize payment transactions and manage financial processes.
  • Order and manage inventory of merchandise.
  • Handle returns and exchanges of products.
  • Create and maintain work schedules for team members.
  • Engage in direct sales and assist customers with their purchases.
  • Compile reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Organize and oversee inventory management processes.
