We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at AZ Quality Foods Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and driving sales growth through effective market research and trend analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and trend analysis to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and locate and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective sales and customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
