About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at J&K Electrical Services Ltd. as a key member of our procurement department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and implement budgeting and expenditure control strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation.
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to inform procurement decisions.
  • Purchasing and Contracting
    • Design and implement purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Develop and manage contracts with suppliers to meet business needs.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform supply chain decisions.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Management
    • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and within budget.
    • Develop and implement project management plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including management and colleagues.
    • Communicate procurement information and updates to stakeholders as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
