Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase and Acquisition
    • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services to support the company's operations.
    • Assess the requirements of our establishments to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  • Contract Management
    • Determine contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
    • Award contracts to appropriate parties, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and filed.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Establish delivery schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
    • Contact clients and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the procurement process.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and other business software applications.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Schedule
    • 32 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
