- Collaborate with essential stakeholders to cultivate robust business relationships.
- Maintain consistent communication to uncover and address business needs and challenges, field requests, and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to fulfill account objectives and expectations, addressing issues as necessary.
- Oversee renewal processes for contracted clients.
- Prioritize and schedule tasks to ensure that established targets are met or surpassed.
- Utilize product and industry expertise to bridge customer knowledge gaps, guide clients to available resources, and minimize support dependency.
- Achieve departmental KPIs effectively.
Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing account management, customer success, or sales capacity.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and diverse environment.
- Demonstrated success in a competitive or goal-driven workplace.
- Commitment to advocating for the customer.
