Position Overview: The role of the Strategic Customer Success Manager is pivotal in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge regarding the utilization and adoption of Lone Wolf's core offerings.
  • Collaborate with essential stakeholders to cultivate robust business relationships.
  • Maintain consistent communication to uncover and address business needs and challenges, field requests, and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to fulfill account objectives and expectations, addressing issues as necessary.
  • Oversee renewal processes for contracted clients.
  • Prioritize and schedule tasks to ensure that established targets are met or surpassed.
  • Utilize product and industry expertise to bridge customer knowledge gaps, guide clients to available resources, and minimize support dependency.
  • Achieve departmental KPIs effectively.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing account management, customer success, or sales capacity.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and diverse environment.
  • Demonstrated success in a competitive or goal-driven workplace.
  • Commitment to advocating for the customer.
