Position Overview

We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate efficient operations within the department. Your responsibilities will encompass reception tasks, appointment scheduling, and various clerical duties.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage patient scheduling and provide administrative assistance under the supervision of nursing staff and physicians.
  • Serve as a receptionist, interacting with patients both face-to-face and via telephone.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of experience in administrative roles within a healthcare environment.
  • Familiarity with medical electronic health record systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.

If you possess a Medical Terminology Certificate and a Diploma in Medical Office Administration or a related discipline, we welcome your application.
