About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Reimar Construction and Forming. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects, including preparing and submitting budget estimates, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, as well as hire and supervise subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements, ensuring that all parties are aware of their responsibilities and obligations.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems that may arise during project execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
