The primary duty is to guarantee the effective and secure operation of the technology that supports the organization’s activities.

They are in search of an IT expert with strong analytical abilities, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:Information Technology:
  1. Install, configure, and maintain servers, hardware, software, and network components to ensure peak performance and security.
  2. Monitor system functionality, troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and provide technical support as needed.
  3. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls for systems and applications.
  4. Conduct regular system backups, updates, and patches to uphold data integrity and protect against potential threats.
  5. Collaborate with other IT professionals and cross-departmental teams to support project execution and ongoing maintenance.
  6. Develop, document, and uphold IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
  7. Train and mentor junior staff and provide technical direction.
  8. Act as the primary contact for IT-related inquiries, delivering prompt and effective resolutions.
  9. Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards, including data protection and privacy laws.
General and Administrative:
  1. Maintain clear and regular communication with the leadership team and colleagues, providing updates on IT-related issues.
  2. Work closely with the production team to provide necessary support.
  3. Adhere to established systems and procedures as outlined in the company’s procedure manual.
  4. Perform additional duties as assigned.
What They Are Looking For:
  1. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system administration, network administration, or a related field.
  2. Relevant certifications (preferred), such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
  3. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  4. At least 2 years of experience in Google Workspace administration.
  5. Familiarity with Palo Alto Firewall and VPN Clients with Duo is a plus.
  6. 2+ years of client-facing experience.
  7. Strong understanding of operating systems, particularly Windows and Linux, along with networking concepts and protocols.
  8. Knowledge of virtualization technologies, cloud computing, and various IT tools, including remote monitoring and management (RMM) systems.
  9. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python is beneficial.
  10. Experience with database management and administration, including SQL and NoSQL systems.
  11. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  12. Able to work independently and collaboratively, effectively managing multiple tasks and projects.
