About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at 2253011 Ontario Inc. as a permanent, part-time employee working 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to identify their technical requirements and understand their business needs.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • System Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet client needs.
  • Technical Advisory: Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to clients.
  • Security Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Security Policy Development: Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to ensure that systems are user-friendly and meet client needs.
  • Post-Sale Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale of information systems.
  • Test Execution: Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
