Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our staff and students, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to staff and students, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our information systems, including data protection, access control, and incident response.
  • System Development: Design, develop, and implement new information systems and technology solutions to meet the needs of our students and staff.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure that our information systems and technology infrastructure meet the required standards and are functioning as expected.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, including staff and students.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in an educational institution.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, including programming languages, database management, and network administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
